Holiday 24 Day Challenge!

"The average American GAINS 10 lbs. during the Holiday Season." Ain't this the truth! After turkey day I feel like a stuffed turkey almost every year! I plan on doing the Holiday 24 Day Challenge this year and probably every year after that to beat the holiday gain.

Sending out Prayers!

Today I just wanted to send out my thoughts and prayers to my fellow Hoosiers and to the people in Illinois. Yesterday the tornado warnings were very scary and I am blessed none of my friends and family were hurt, but many people lost their homes in the horrible weather.

Clay & I stood outside just watching the storm roll in and we could see a funnel cloud forming right over the town. It was by far the scariest thing I've ever seen, especially not knowing if it was going to come down or not. This cloud hit in a near by town and destroyed homes and small businesses. 

My thoughts are with the people in Illinois as well because many small towns were wiped  out by the twisters. Praying for you all as well!!
